This website describes the marketing services of To The Max and documents past work. It is informational. Nothing on it becomes a contract until both sides agree to a written scope of work.

Results

Case studies on this site describe real work for real businesses, with dates. They are records of what happened, and they are honest about being early. Past results do not guarantee future results for your business.

Client engagements

Engagements run month to month unless a written agreement says otherwise. Clients own their ad accounts, pages, creative, and leads from day one. Fees, scope, and timelines are set in writing per engagement.

Intellectual property

The design, copy, and content of this site belong to To The Max. Client work product belongs to the client once paid for.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To The Max is not liable for decisions made from reading it. Advertising involves risk, and budgets are always agreed in writing before spend.
